03 How do we guarantee quality ?

Pre production sample confirm

We provide pre-production samples for clients to verify all specifications. Mass production will only start once the pre-production sample is fully approved. We will copy the approved sample in our workshop as the benchmark to ensure bulk goods match it exactly.

Fabric inspection

Each fabric roll undergoes testing for GSM, elasticity, color fastness and other properties. All test data are recorded roll-by-roll in inspection reports, and only qualified fabric will be adopted for mass production.

Standardized quality inspection process

During mass production, we conduct inline inspection, final inspection and finished goods inspection for quality control, in strict accordance with the AQL 2.5 inspection standard.

Production Progress Update

Our Sales Reps update clients on order progress every week . We take real-time production videos of their orders to show clients the actual manufacturing stages of goods until shipment.

After- sale team

If clients raise complaints about either samples or mass-produced items, our after-sales team will quickly create a dedicated chat group with them. Customers can share product photos or videos there so we can figure out exactly what caused the problem. Once we finish the investigation, we will offer a solution to the client within 48 hours.
